Returns & Refunds Policy

At Twinkle Jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and received.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we are unable to accept items back for return or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases only, we will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All items sold by Twinkle Jewelry are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, sale items, gift cards, personalized pieces, and special orders.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, a new order must be placed.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be refunded.
