Shipping policy

We offer local and international shipping to selected destinations. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch. Local deliveries within Jordan typically take 1–3 business days, deliveries to Middle Eastern and GCC countries generally take 4–6 business days, and deliveries to other international destinations usually take 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are calculated according to the delivery destination and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Please note that all delivery periods are estimates and exclude weekends and official public holidays. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, courier operations, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Where available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
